Im sorry for being so slow I haven't been able to prioritize this lately as school work has dramatically risen and swamped me so im sorry to say I probably won't be able to do this for a bit until school either let's out or let's me catch a break.

Got a question for you, are we allowing the manuals and tomes from the DMG,specifically the ones that can give a +2 (can go above 20) to a stat after a period of reading and cannot then be used for 100 years. Im cool for allowing them but among things that normally have to be individually adressed for balancing issues, they are one of the biggest things.
