[Since you failed the 2nd save, I believe you are more or less stuck this round since you cannot take actions, nor can you move due to the grapple. Do you have anything you can do?]

He makes a shushing sound as he holds you down and suddenly everything is silent.

[Action: Cast Silence. Bonus Action: Patient Defense (Dodge). You are not stunned this turn but you cannot move or stand up (unless you break the grapple with an action (contested athletics/acrobatics check)), or cast spells which require a Verbal component. And any attacks against the Tortle have disadvantage.]

As Gul'ragg comes back to his senses, you see his eyes bulge with anger and the whites of his eyes become red with blood. His mouth opens wide as if he roars at you and although you hear nothing, you still feel the intensity of his breath and focused rage on you. Fear tries to overtake you as you imagine what horrendous noise your opponent is attempting to produce.

[Using Channel Divinity - Conquering Presence DC17 WIS as an action. This would also proc Aura of Conquest.]

Conquering Presence
As an action, force chosen creatures within 30 ft. to make a WIS saving throw (DC 17) or they become frightened for 1 minute. Creatures can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Aura of Conquest
While you are conscious, all frightened creatures within 10 ft. have their speed reduced to 0 and take 8 psychic damage if starting their turn in the aura.

By the way, didn't mention this the first time you damaged me (because I got confused with the order of being hit and incapacitated), but every time you damage me, you take 4 psychic damage from Scornful Rebuke. I think you should've taken 8 damage from the first round you hit me twice, but being stunned threw me off, so I'll let you make the call if you wanna retcon that.

But regardless of that, you take 16 psychic damage from last round.]

Scornful Rebuke
Whenever a creature hits you with an attack, it takes +4 psychic damage if you’re not incapacitated.

[As an action, he'll keep trying to hit you with 2 attacks. Again, might add smite in the next post.]

With all your hard hits and constant battering, you're dealing damage, but the Half-orc seems like an unbreakable fortress. As soon as Gul'ragg has the chance to come to his senses again, you see a devilish grin on his face, seemingly enjoying your trivial strikes. His eyes roll back as he flexes his whole body and you see most of the damage you've done to him disappear and heal up.

[Using all of my Lay on Hands points to heal 80hp.]

Command

Orcish Fury
Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
When you hit with an attack using a simple or martial weapon, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice an additional time and add it as extra damage of the weapon’s damage type. Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Immediately after you use your Relentless Endurance trait, you can use your reaction to make one weapon attack.

Mikey's first attack awakens a boiling rage within Gul'ragg's blood, who makes one last desperate attack for his life. He conjures all his power he can muster, his own and granted by Gruumsh. With a savage roar that echoes across the plane, he swings his axe at the tortle, finally connecting for the first time during the whole battle. With a shockwave of radiant energy, his opponent is thrown off him and send tumbling next to him.

Gul'ragg takes a few well deserved winded breaths then begins to stand up, propping himself up with his axe. He walks up to his opponents still body.

"You fought well enough. But the Godflayer always conquers." he says calmly, takes a second longer, as if to pay respects to the tortle, then lifts his axe and slams it down hard, decapitating him, making sure he doesn't come back.
