@Harbinger

The orange-clad turtle reappears in an identical arena, new opponent across from him.

"Here we go again..."
he says with a shrug.

If either hit, roll con save DC 16 vs stunning strike.

[Looks like the shove failed, but the grapple didn't. You failed the first stun attempt, so you are currently stunned for this turn. I assume you have nothing you can do without taking an action, bonus action, or reaction?]

"Oh? Not going to fall down, are we?"

And that is the last thing you hear before an eerie silence overtakes everything around you both.

[Action: casts silence. Bonus Action: Patient Defense (attacks agaist me are at disadvantage)]

[Per rulings from @drobob :

You are 25 feet high. I can jump and reach 25 feet high. That sounds RADICAL! ]

Mikey backs up 10 feet, focuses his ninjutsu energies, and takes a running leap at his opponent.

"COWABUNGA!"

Athletics to grapple:
Athletics 1d20+15 : 15 + 15, total 30

Spoiler: show
Bonus Action: Step of the Wind to double jump height. Action: Special Attacks Grapple (I have one more attack, which will be determined by whether or not the grapple succeeds)

If you fail, I read the rules to mean a flying creature will not take fall damage, unless his speed is reduced. Grapple reduces speed to 0 and causes the creature to fall. Therefore, if grappled and shoved you should take 2d6 damage for being 25 feet high. I also believe that the grapple itself will force you to fall on it's own.
