I'm leaning most strongly towards a bard/loremonger.

Also contemplating a sorcerer/hoardsperson.

Sounds like we have the basics all set!  And 3 is my minimum number, so @Otter looks like we would be good to add to the active games!

I'd like to leave recruitment open, as I would love to hit 6 players eventually.  But no reason to delay the game at the moment.  We can at least hammer out some OoC stuff.

And btw, 8 ball warforged is absolutely approved!

I can't help but imagine the furi-kuri robot, but with an 8 ball for the head.

I've never seen that before. Neat design.

I have been thinking about Carl from Automata.

But then I came across this image... I at the very least need to save this character concept for later...

FLCL? There's not even any vowels in that word. You kids today, with your tamagotchi's and your skateboards!

So we have a fighter and a bard then?

What do we need more, cleric, paladin or wizard?

I've been playing with stats and classes but am not settled on one. Ignore the smooth pimp in the campaign lobby, as I was just having fun.

I think I'd be interested. I'd like to try that new Verdan race, but I'm not yet sure about the class.

I was looking at that race of Gith, to make a larfleeze type character.

Yep, pretty sure I'm going bard.

I think I'd be interested. I'd like to try that new Verdan race, but I'm not yet sure about the class.

I was tempted to go with a Verdan wild sorcerer, if that helps. Seems pretty thematic, and if there's a time and a place to play a wild sorc, it's a game like this.

I had that same thought. I do love the chaos of the wild magic, and it fits quite well with how the Verdan came to be. My other thought was an Undying Warlock. I don't know much about That-Which-Endures, and couldn't find much, but it sounds Undying. Given that plus the Verdan's unknown age limit, it seemed to fit. After all, who doesn't want to hire an employee that has trouble staying dead?

Ooo, that's a neat idea too.

Picking a company position to go with a concept could help narrow it down, too.

[Assuming I get the job.]

The warlock just started to flow. Undying from That-Which-Endures from trying to find the Verdan history. Undying gives some good stuff for discovery later anyway (speak with dead, legend lore). I'd probably go for the Loremonger role if open.

When are you going to the chance to play a warforged pimp again?

I was aiming for Loremonger, but it's negotiable. Have you considered Secretarian though?

EDIT: I'm also looking at Documancer maybe?
