Starting Info: Players choose between three starter Pokémon, but the fourth player certainly doesn't miss out
Skill Level: Low-to-moderate, GM tends to be fair and easygoing
Posting Expectations: Ideally every other day
Restrictions: Each player may carry no less than one and no more than six Pokémon at a time
Notes: As GM, I put a lot of emphasis on story, so I encourage good roleplaying from every player. I've been told by my group's other GM that I am quite "fair", and I suppose he's right about that, as I don't seek to punish players with brutal challenges and near-impossible monster encounters, hence my aforementioned emphasis on story. Expect this campaign to play like a main series Pokémon game, though with Pokémon Colosseum/XD-style elements as well.

Yo i'm down for this, I am by no means an expert in Pokemon though I have a fair amount of knowledge by large amount of exposure to it from others. I kinda feel bad that I am signing up for almost every game you run but giving that I am the first person to say something I guess I can't feel too bad.

Question what will we use to make character sheets?

I'll look for a way to whip up a set of suitable character sheets. Not sure if the ones listed on the site are form-fillable, though if they are, we'll use those.

Also is there a general age or theme our characters should be geared towards.

The region in question requires Trainers be a minimum of 14 years of age, though a person can become a "Junior Trainer" at the age of 12. Most people in the region typically become Trainers around the ages of 16-18, however, so party members should be at least 14 and no older than 21.

As for theme, the region is divided into four main sub-regions, each with four Gyms. New Trainers can form a team of up to four members, who each earn four Badges (one in each sub-region) in order to qualify for the region's Pokémon League. Each player will have their own personal rival as well, who will be created and played by me. These rivals may form a rival team, or compete with each player individually.
